Our Staff

Janie is the office manager of Alliance Implants and Periodontics and has been in the dental field since 1997. She’s had her RDA and has worked in periodontics as well as pediatrics. Born and raised in Oklahoma City and Coppell, Janie and her family currently live in Ft. Worth. She balances life as a wife, mom and has a full time career. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband John and 3 kids Dax, Kyri and Yasmine. She has a true passion for helping people achieve their dental health and serving people in her community. 

Liz has been a dental hygienist since 2000, graduating from Missouri Southern State College in Joplin, Missouri.  She and her family moved from St. Louis in August of 2012 and she started temping for Dr. Bedichek that December.  She was permanently hired with Dr. Bedichek in February of 2013 and has loved working with him ever since!  He introduced her to medical mission trips by inviting her to join him in Guatemala in 2014 and she’s been passionate about serving those in need from that day on!  She usually joins him during spring break for his Honduras mission trip and go to Guatemala in the fall with Global Hands of Healing.  She enjoys the relationships she’s developed with our patients and her main goal as a hygienist is to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in our practice.

Katlyn is one of our registered dental hygienists! She graduated from Tarrant County College in 2024 with her associates in Dental Hygiene. She loves to build relationships with her patients. Whether it’s praying for someone in need, celebrating a patients big win, or comforting someone who is a little nervous in the chair, she will always put people first. When she is not at work you can find her with her husband, Zackary, and her puppy named Boon! 

Jaqueline currently serves as one of Dr. Scott Bedichek’s and Dr. Elise Woody’s chairside dental assistants.  With fourteen years of dental assisting, Jaqueline’s passion to oral health care and education for our patient’s helps model the responsibilities in: first teaching our patients, then treating our patients with a level of customer service that is second to none.  Jaqueline is currently attending the University of Texas in Arlington where she is working towards one of her professional goals in becoming a nurse practitioner.  Jaqueline’s practice in our office allows her to spend valuable time with her children, at school and with their many activities.  Jaqueline and her husband John have two children, Brendene and Brenlee. 

Nikki was born and raised in Illinois where she started her dental career in 2008. In 2014, she moved to Texas to pursue a better career opportunity. Since becoming a part of the Alliance Implants & Periodontics team, her role as an assistant has been rewarding by affording her the opportunity to positively impact our patients and provide a caring atmosphere. In 2010, she graduated from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture with a cosmetology license. In her free time, she enjoys watching action films with her friends and being a mom to her son Phil and fur baby “Cali.”

Iris has been assisting for 12 years in oral surgery, prosthodontics, general dentistry. Her #1 priority is patient care and comfort. She enjoys building relationships with each patient and thrives to create a friendly welcoming atmosphere. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and her two fur babies.

Jennifer has been assisting for five years in general dentistry and became avid about Periodontics. She received her RDA and Nitrous oxide certification in 2017 when she completed the dental assistant program at Tarrant Community College. Jennifer enjoys serving our patients and creating a positive experience for everyone at the office. In her free time, she enjoys time with family and traveling.

Alex has been assisting for 5 years in general dentistry as well as oral surgery. Alex began her dental career in Savannah Georgia. She was top in her class and went on to teach and lead the dental program she graduated from. Alex’s passion is helping patients find comfort when faced with dental procedures and walking with them through the journey to a healthier life. In Alex’s free time she likes to spend time with her fiancé and cheer on all their nieces and nephews a their many sporting events.

Destiny joined our team in 2023. She has been in the dental field for 4 years with experience in general and pediatric dentistry. While assisting, Destiny fell in love with the surgical aspect of dentistry. Destiny enjoys ensuing that her patients are comfortable and welcomed. In her free time, Destiny loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

 

Logan is passionate about helping patients get the smile they have always wanted and helping them regain their confidence. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know patients, assisting in procedures and working with the amazing team. Logan has special interest in implant placement, sinus lifts and ridge augmentations. Logan and her husband have three children and in her free time she loves to try new restaurants, go shopping and spend time with family.

Christiana has been an RDA for six years with five years of oral surgery experience. She strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. Christiana enjoys spending time with her family and children in her free time.

Baylee is thrilled to be part of the team at Alliance Implants and Periodontics. She is truly passionate about the dental field and the opportunity to work closely with our patients. Every day, she is dedicated to not just growing my own skills, but also ensuring our patients feel cared for and understood throughout their journey. The work we do in dentistry is so impactful, and I’m excited to continue expanding my knowledge and contributing to the health and well being of those we serve.

Sara joined our team in the front office in 2019. She started her dental career in 2009 out of high school as a chair side assistant. Sara found her passion being able to connect with patients and help them down their dental path. She is currently one of our treatment coordinators and we are happy to utilize her dental skills where ever we can! Sara is married to her high school sweet heart Quenton and has a daughter named Lainey who she loves spending time with and making memories together as a family.

Rachel is our Hygiene Coordinator and she has been with us for four years. She strives to make a connection with each and every hygiene patient. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids and in her spare time you can find her on the sidelines cheering on her kids while they play sports.


Melisa has been in the dental field for over 10 years and is committed to excellence and helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, exploring the outdoors, going camping, and winding down with family movie nights. Melisa’s favorite part of her job is building meaningful connections with patients and making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

 

Jennifer has been in the dental field since 2009 where she has spent most of her time as an assistant and recently made the transition to the front office as treatment coordinator. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband Jeremy and you can usually catch her at a sporting event on the weekends cheering on her kids Kyson and Kynlee.

 


Bonnie currently serves as our Professional Relationships Director working with our referring doctors to insure the best communication and treatment for our patients. Her role includes coordinating CE events for our dental community and has been in the dental field for over twelve years. In her free time she enjoys spending time and making memories with her two children.
