Scott Bedichek, DDS, MS

Dr. Scott Bedichek is a periodontist practicing in the North Fort Worth/Keller area. More importantly, he is a caring, people person who is always looking on the bright side. He enjoys spending time explaining “the what, the why, and the how” with patients. Dr. Bedichek believes that a doctor’s first responsibility is to teach the patient, then to treat the patient.

Periodontics is not just a career for Dr. Bedichek; it is a passion. He truly enjoys his work and is completely dedicated to offering excellence in all aspects of periodontics, from the time the patient steps in the door, until they are treated to completion.

Dr. Bedichek was born in Liberal, Kansas, the fourth of five children and was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Abilene Christian University. While attending ACU he met and married his wife, Heather. After graduation from ACU, he was accepted at the University of Oklahoma Dental School. Following his degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) he was accepted for his periodontal and implant specialty training at the University of Oklahoma Graduate Periodontics program.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Also, he is an associate professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where he instructs residents in periodontal, implant, and sedation training.

Dr. Bedichek is eager to provide the very best periodontal treatment to those who seek his expertise. His skills, extensive training, and compassion will assist you in reaching your treatment goals.

Dr. Bedichek and his wife have three children, Avery, Kendall, and Judson.

He is passionate about dentistry and uses that passion in medical missions to Latin America.

Dr. Bedichek has been on multiple trips to Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Ecuador, and Bolivia.

He is also very involved with local missions for the impoverished through his church.
