Dr. Scott Bedichek is a board-certified periodontist serving patients throughout the North Fort Worth and Keller communities. Known for his compassionate approach and positive outlook, he believes exceptional care begins with patient education. His philosophy is simple: teach first, treat second. By taking the time to explain the “what, why, and how” of every procedure, he helps patients feel informed, confident, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
For Dr. Bedichek, periodontics is more than a profession—it’s a passion. He is dedicated to delivering outstanding care from the moment patients walk through the door until their treatment is complete.
Education & Professional Experience
Dr. Bedichek earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Abilene Christian University, where he met his wife, Heather. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry before completing advanced specialty training in Periodontics and Dental Implants through the University’s Graduate Periodontics Program.
Today, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he helps educate residents in periodontics, dental implants, and sedation dentistry.

Dr. Bedichek combines advanced clinical training with genuine compassion to help patients achieve healthier gums, stronger smiles, and long-term oral health. His personalized approach ensures every treatment plan is carefully tailored to each patient’s individual goals and needs.
Beyond the Practice
Outside the office, Dr. Bedichek enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their three children, Avery, Kendall, and Judson.
He is also deeply committed to serving others through dental mission work across Latin America. His volunteer efforts have taken him to Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Ecuador, and Bolivia, where he has provided much-needed dental care to underserved communities. Closer to home, he remains actively involved in local outreach programs through his church, serving individuals and families in need.
